Building Planning & Design

We can work alongside your own architect/engineer or you can use ours to plan your dream home. We can assist you through the consent process if required.

Building & Project Management

Project management is the total control of the building process. You can be assured that any issues that occur during the process will be the responsibility of the project manager and a solution will be the responsibility of the business. The project will be dealt with throughout the build in a professional manner.

:: Pre-construction
At the pre-construction meeting we will review and discuss the procedures of the building process to ensure a full understanding of the build process.

:: Residential Building Contract
This contract will be discussed in full. Stages, schedules, general conditions, Master Builders guarantee, payment schedules and conditions of contract are agreed upon prior to commencement. Once permits are cleared, construction can begin.

:: Developing Stages
For local clients progress can be viewed on a regular basis but for those clients who are not in the area, we can provide you with up to date email photos and you can keep a check on the details as well as be informed. This way you can watch your home unfold from the initial profiling to final stages and be involved in the whole project.
